Anurag Dikshit

Born 1973 in New Delhi, Anurag is the richest billionaire in Gibraltar and the 207th richest man in the world. Anurag was behind Party Gaming developing the software for their website and becoming a major shareholder of the online casino. Anurag developed the online poker software that enabled poker players to play one another at poker all over the world. The company went public last year on the London stock exchange.

Victor Chandler

Victor Chandler is owner of one of the largest bookmaking businesses in the world earning him a place in the Times Rich List.
Victor Chandler is the grandson of Victor Chandler senior, Victor Chandler senior built Walthamstow Greyhound Stadium then expanded into the bookmaking business. Victor Chandler senior had 40 betting shops which were later sold off by his son whilst establishing the company as a global telephone and online operation. Victor Chandler made the decision to move the company's entire account operation from London to Gibraltar, thus enabling him to introduce tax-free betting to all of his customers, a move which has enforced his position in the market.

Ruth Parasol

Co founder of Party Gaming with husband Russ DeLeon. Born 1967 in San Francisco to holocaust survivor father she entered the family business of phone sex first. She invested millions in this business and was later sued for improper billing. In 1997, Parasol created Starluck Casino Online in the Caribbean and in 1998 partnered with Anurag Dikshit. Dikshit was made a partner in her online casino business, and Diskshit made Parasol a partner in his Indian IT service business.

In 2001, PartyPoker.com and PartyGaming was launched. The two sites made $500 million profits in 2005. In October 2006, PartyGaming pulled out of the US market leading to a 60% fall in its value.

Russ De Leon

Born in 1965 in Sacramento, he later graduated from Harvard and managed a wide variety of transactions, such as venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and public offerings, for start-up and established high-tech, media and entertainment companies. Russ in 2001 joined the online casino industry by joining Party Gaming as a full time consultant and became husband to Ruth Parasol where they now currently live in Gibraltar with their family.

Calvin Ayre

Born in 1961 Ayre is the billionaire bad boy founder of Bodog entertainment group which he launched in 1994. Calvin Ayre is a self made billionaire who was featured on the front cover of Forbes magazine plus on their list of billionaires who have fallen the most in the last year. Due to the US pulling out of the online casino market like many others in the online casino business he lost a fortune.

Andrew Black

Andrew Black with Edward Wray, won the Ernst and Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year award for Betfair, the world's largest bet exchange. Andrew Black was grandson of Tory MP Sir Cyril Black, who campaigned against gambling.
