The other reason is that with a big balance big losses don't look as bad. The account balance is always on an odd number like 1120 again making it difficult to determine your losses and winnings. When playing Blackjack for fun there are limits on chips placed so you cant try different strategies such as doubling all the time they don't like to display this. Your best off practicing and writing down your deposits on paper with your winnings but using the computer interface for game play.

Playing for fun is addictive and lures players into playing with their own money. Play the games over and over just because your winning a lot in the free games look at how your betting in the free games and think will your real game play be the same. Many players gamble bigger in the free games as it is not their money they are gambling with so when they hit the online casino table with their own money and don't win as big there is the answer.
