  • Helpful customer support e.g. “but its company policy…  No you don’t want any of that just helpful staff looking out for you.
  • Different language speaking customer support 
That is all you need but it is astonishing how many casinos cant provide this.  One that does provide this very well is Jackpotjoy as mentioned above they go out of their way to help the customer.  I have often suffered game freezes and they have re-credited me to the point of freeze and helped me out with removing the problem.  Hats off to Jackpotjoy customer support.

Screen froze during casino slot game
