High roller pays off debts at Caesars Palace with questionable funds

Ausaf Umar Siddiqui has racked up casino debts of $7 million to casinos such as Caesars Palace.  He has began paying off these huge debts but the IRS are questioning the source of these funds.  The IRS believe the funds to come from an illegitimate source and are therefore launching an investigation into the situation.  Overall it is believed he has debts of $120 million to many high roller casinos including the Venetian and Planet Hollywood.
