Paypal moving back into online gambling market

Paypal moved away from online gambling when problems arose with UIGEA but now it wants back in.  Paypal have put together a deal with Neovia, where online gamblers will be able to pay by Paypal when using Neovia Netbanx payment system.  Paypal will not accept bets from players based in the USA.  Neovia is used by around 1500 gaming websites so should really give paypal a large market.  Neovia was rebranded in 2008 formally a combination of Netbank + Neteller.
