Legal casino in Russia opened

The first legal casino in Russia has just been opened, the Oracle casino.  Gambling has been restricted to four regulated zones in Russia, the first casino has just been opened in Azov City, a Rostov region.  The new casinos has 200 slot machines and 10 table games.  The opening party saw 500 attendees but this casino may really struggle in getting players as its nearest city is 100km away.  The opening party was unfortunately saddened as one of the attendees died in a car crash leaving the casino, causing a rise in concerns over the difficulty to get to it leading to crashes.
