High rollers make up 75% of casino income

Casinos both online and land casinos make up the majority of their income from high rollers.  Casino destination Macau sees regular high rollers drop $100,000 a visit and these players are what make up the three quarters of the income there.  Macau unlike Vegas takes the majority of its income from tables where as vegas takes 80% of its income from slots.  Macau is making way for many more high roller slots in the next year.

High roller rooms have been under scrutiny in the gold coast due to the smoking ban where they plan to ban smoking in the high rollers rooms an idea that could prevent regular players but encourage others.  If you enjoy a puff on a cuban cigar when rolling the dice then the gold coast is not the place to go.

Ladbrokes casino has seen a huge rise in profits the past year due to the high roller telephone punters dropping more than ever before.  £17.3 was lossed by high rollers the previous year but this year that record has been smashed.
