A compulsive high roller gambler in Australia who is banned from Sydney’s casino spent more than 1.5 million US dollars in a neighboring state in 43 minutes. Harry Kakavas, the high roller is suing Melbournes Crown court for knowing he was a compulsive gambler but letting him still play in their casino. Kakavas was banned from the local Star city casino but says he should have been banned from casinos Australia wide. If Crown is found guilty for allowing this high roller to play at their casino they could also be liable to pay 700 million dollars in illegal winnings to the Victorian state government.
